| 健全科技成果分类方法,对统计科技计划专项成果、梳理专项成效、开展后续布局具有重要作用。针对现有科技成果统计方法在国家质量基础设施科技专项相关成果统计中存在准确性不足、适用性不强等问题,结合科技管理工作的迫切需求,以成果核心内容统计分类准确性与数据利用便利程度为出发点,开展面向科技计划管理的质量基础设施科技成果分类研究,提出不同类型成果在统计过程中的关键信息分类与收集方法,重点解决计量、标准、检验检测、认证认可类质量基础设施特有要素成果的精细分类问题,并就应用情况进行分析。 |

| The refinement of the classification methods for scientific and technical achievements plays a crucial role in accurately counting specialized achievements, summarizing project outcomes, and enhancing the quality of future initiatives. This study addresses issues such as inaccuracies and poor applicability in existing statistical methods for national quality infrastructure-related scientific and technical achievements, aligns with the urgent needs of scientific research management, and conducts research on the classification of quality infrastructure achievements for science and technology program management from the perspective of improving the accuracy of core achievement categorization and the convenience of data utilization; it proposes methods for classifying and collecting key information during the statistical process for different types of outcomes, with a focus on resolving the detailed classification of achievements involving unique elements of quality infrastructure such as metrology, standards, inspection and testing, and certification and accreditation, while also analyzing application cases. |
