| 学术出版作为出版行业的子领域，是传播学术研究成果的主要途径，是推动现代科学发展的重要环节和组成部分。以人工智能、大数据、区块链和云计算为代表的新兴技术发展，为学术出版变革提供了有力的手段和工具。在梳理当前学术出版的发展趋势及存在问题的基础上，分析关键新兴技术在推动学术出版过程中发挥的作用，构建以开放性、透明性、生态化为特征的数智化学术出版框架，为探索面向开放科学的学术出版技术提供理论基础。 |

| As a subfield of the publishing industry, academic publishing serves as a primary channel for disseminating research findings and plays a crucial role in advancing modern scientific development. Emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain, and cloud computing, provide powerful means and tools for the transformation of academic publishing. This study will review the current development trends and existing issues in academic publishing, analyze the role of key emerging technologies in driving the process of academic publishing, and construct a digital and intelligent academic publishing framework characterized by openness, transparency, and ecosystem-based development. The study aims to provide a theoretical foundation for exploring technologies for academic publishing oriented toward open science. |
