      科技人才和科普人才是推动创新,实现我国高质量发展的重要动力源。以R&D人员和科普兼职人员作为科技人才与科普人才的表征,以2016—2022年我国省域为研究对象,使用区位熵模型对科技人才和科普人才集聚度的时空分布格局进行对比分析,进而使用耦合协调度模型对科技人才与科普人才集聚的耦合协调程度进行测算,并从经济发展、创新环境、科普投入3个方面构建面板回归模型,探究科技人才与科普人才集聚的协调发展态势及其影响因素。在此基础上,针对科技人才和科普人才的协调发展提出相应的对策建议。

      Scientific and technical talents and science popularization talents are important source of power to promote innovation and realize high-quality development in China. This paper takes R&D personnel and science popularization part-time personnel as the representation of scientific and technical talents and science popularization talents, takes China’s provinces from 2016 to 2022 as the research object, uses the location entropy model to compare and analyze the spatial and temporal distribution pattern of the concentration degree of scientific and technical talents and science popularization talents, and then uses the coupling coordination degree model to measure the coupling coordination degree of scientific and technical talents and science popularization talents. The panel regression model is constructed from three aspects: economic development, innovation environment and investment in science popularization, and the coordinated development trend and influencing factors of the concentration of scientific and technical talents and science popularization talents are explored. On this basis, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the coordinated development of scientific and technical talents and science popularization talents.
