| 随着国家科研评价改革的持续深化，科研领域需要有更加细化可行的评价方法，提出基于学术关联关系构建科研实体评价体系，符合学术产出规律，以更加科学地揭示实体科研水平与价值。依据学术积累、学术创造、学术传播等学术发展阶段，构建基于学术关系的科研实体评价体系，建立ORIM评价模型，并提出具体的评价流程框架，开展实证研究。研究发现:所构建评价体系针对不同类型科研实体开展评价，能够动态把握科研实体的研究进展、演化路径及其相互影响，评价方法、评价结论可为相关评价部门、决策部门提供参考依据。 |

| With the continuous deepening of the national scientific research evaluation reform, scientific research requires more detailed and feasible evaluation methods. The paper proposes a research entity evaluation system based on academic relations, which conforms to the laws of academic output. It is beneficial for more scientifically revealing the level and value of research entity. Based on academic accumulation, academic creation, academic dissemination and other stages of academic development, the paper constructs a research entities evaluation system based on academic relations, establishes an ORIM evaluation model, and provides a concrete evaluation implementation framework. The constructed evaluation system can evaluate different types of research entities’ academic level as a whole, dynamically grasp the research entities’ research progress, evolution path and mutual influence. Its evaluation methods and conclusions can provide reference for evaluation departments and decision-making departments. |
