      深海多金属结核作为未来战略性矿产资源,其相关数据的高效管理与安全管控对资源开发利用具有重要意义。针对深海多金属结核矿区数据多源异构、跨学科融合、安全敏感度差异显著等特点,提出一套面向实际业务的数据分类与分级体系。在分类层面,构建基于“数据来源—类型—加工程度—空间尺度—时效性”的多维度分类框架,支持灵活扩展与动态维护;在分级层面,依据《数据安全法》及相关标准,建立以影响对象、影响规模和影响程度为核心的分级矩阵,将数据划分为核心数据、重要数据、一般数据1级和一般数据2级数据4个等级,实现矿区数据安全管控与业务共享的统筹平衡。

      Deep-sea polymetallic nodules represent a strategic mineral resource for the future, and the efficient management and security control of their related data are of significant importance for their exploration and utilization. In light of the characteristics of deep-sea polymetallic nodule mining area data—such as multi- source heterogeneity, interdisciplinary integration, and varying levels of security sensitivity—this paper proposes a practical data classification and grading system. At the classification level, a multi-dimensional facet-based classification framework is constructed, incorporating “data source, type, processing level, spatial scale, and timeliness, ” which supports flexible expansion and dynamic maintenance. At the grading level, in accordance with the Data Security Law and relevant standards, a grading matrix centered on impact objects, impact scope, and impact severity is established, categorizing data into four levels: core, important, and two general levels, thereby achieving a balance between data security and sharing in mining areas.
