| 在国家创新驱动发展战略深入推进的背景下，推进科技人才与产业深度融合已成为促进区域经济高质量发展的核心动力。剖析北京体制机制突破型、深圳市场主导型、苏州规划引领型及武汉高能级平台牵引型4种国内典型产才融合模式，构建主导力量、政策工具、资源配置及实施成效4个维度的比较分析框架，对比归纳4类模式的差异化特征，提炼科技人才与产业深度融合的“四驱—三通—两化”参考模型。 |

| Against the backdrop of China’s innovation-driven development strategy, advancing the deep integration of scientific and technological talent with industry has become a key engine for high-quality regional growth. This paper examines four representative Chinese models, Beijing’s institutional-breakthrough model, Shenzhen’s market-led model, Suzhou’s planning-guided model, and Wuhan’s high-level platform- driven model. It then develops a four-dimensional comparative framework—leading actors, policy instruments, resource allocation, and implementation outcomes—to conduct a standardized comparison and synthesis of their differentiated features, and distills a reference “Four Drivers–Three Circulations–Two Transformations” model for deep talent–industry integration. |
