      关键核心技术是推动产业升级、提升国际竞争力的基石,也是实现科技高质量发展与技术自主可控的核心支撑。产业链链主企业凭借其资源整合能力与引领示范效应,在关键核心技术突破中发挥着重要支撑作用。因此,基于产业链链主企业相关数据,结合关键核心技术的内涵特征,采用BERTopic技术主题提取模型,构建“技术发展—综合价值—战略安全”三维技术识别指标体系,并依据技术评判标准筛选核心技术,形成产业关键核心技术识别方法。在此基础上,实证研究电化学储能产业,提取产业技术主题并识别该领域核心技术,以此验证识别方法的可行性和科学性。
英文摘要:
      Key core technologies are the cornerstone of promoting industrial upgrading and enhancing international competitiveness, and the core support for achieving high-quality technical development and independent and controllable technology. The leading-chain enterprises play an important supporting role in promoting breakthroughs in key core technologies by leveraging their resource integration capabilities and leading demonstrations. Therefore, based on the relevant data of the leading-chain enterprises and combined with the main connotations and characteristics of key core technologies, the BERTopic model is adopted and a three-dimensional technology identification index system of “technical development-comprehensive value - strategic security”is designed. The key core technologies are selected through technical evaluation criteria, and thus a method for identifying industry key core technologies is constructed. Finally, empirical research is conducted on the electrochemical energy storage industry to extract industry technology themes and identify key core technologies of the industry to verify the feasibility and scientificity of the identification method.
