      专利转让是高校盘活专利资产、推动科技成果向现实生产力转化的关键环节。基于TOE理论框架,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,以江苏省新型储能产业高校专利为样本,从技术、组织和环境3个维度探究促成专利转让的多元组态路径及其驱动机制。研究发现,高校专利转让是多维特征交互作用的结果;识别出组织增强型、声誉导向型、价值突围型及防御布局型4种协同模式,并阐释不同条件组态的作用机理。研究结论为高校优化转化路径、提升专利转化效能提供了理论参考。
英文摘要:
      Patent transfer serves as a pivotal link in universities revitalizing their patent assets and transforming scientific and technological achievements into productive forces. Based on the TOE theoretical framework, this study employs fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) using university patents in the new energy storage industry of Jiangsu Province as samples to explore the diverse configurational pathways and driving mechanisms behind patent transfers across three dimensions: technology, organization, and environment. Findings reveal that university patent transfers result from the interaction of multidimensional characteristics; the study identifies four collaborative models—organizational enhancement, reputation-oriented, value breakthrough, and defensive layout—while elucidating the operational mechanisms of different conditional configurations. The conclusions provide theoretical insights for universities to optimize transformation pathways and enhance patent transfer efficiency.
