近年来,中国高技术产业的投入和产出均有了较明显的增长。基于 DEA 方法,利用2000-2008 年的数据,从行业和地区层面对我国高技术产业生产效率及生产率变动进行了实证分析。结果表明,我国高技术产业 5 大行业之间存在生产效率上的差异,不同地区之间效率水平各异,平均水平较低,还存在较大的提升潜能。总体上看,全要素生产率的增长主要是纯技术效率改善的结果,规模效率的贡献不大,迟缓的技术进步在一定程度上束缚了生产率的增长。 |

Input and output of China’s high-tech industries have been increased rapidly in recent years. Based on DEA, this paper empirically analyzes productive efficiency and changes of productivity of different industries and different regions of high-tech industries during 2000-2008. The results show that difference in efficiency among high-tech industries exists, the efficiency of different regions also varies, the average efficiency level is relatively low, and there is still a huge potential to improve. On the whole, the growth of total factor productivity (TFP) results mainly from the improvement of pure technology efficiency, whereas the contribution of scale efficiency is not big, and slow technology progress prevents productivity growth to some extent |
