      为探寻及丰富可推广的科技服务综合信息平台建设模式,首先分析明确“互联网+”对科技服务的主要作用功效,认为其作用是提升科技服务知识和信息获取便利性、降低科技服务主体间的协调成本、拓展科技服务领域价值的创造方式;然后以天津科淘平台、重庆猪八戒网、京东众创服务平台为例,分别研究科技服务超市O2O模式、众筹模式、众创模式特征及改进方向;最后结合湖北科技服务需求及科技服务线上平台建设实践,提出构建湖北科技服务综合信息平台的模式和思路以及对应的细化功能设计图。

      In order to explore and enrich the construction mode of the comprehensive information platform for science and technology service, this paper makes it clear that the main effects of “Internet +”on science and technology service were to improve the convenience of knowledge and information acquisition of science and technology services, reduce the coordination cost between science and technology service subjects, expand the creation mode of value in the field of science and technology services. At the same time, taking Tianjin Ketao platform, Chongqing zhubajie.com and Jingdong maker service platform as examples, the characteristics and improvement direction of O2O mode, crowdfunding mode and maker mode of science and technology service supermarket are studied respectively. Finally, combined with the demand of Hubei science and technology service and the construction practice of science and technology service online platform, a mode, an idea and the corresponding detailed functional design diagram of constructing the Hubei science and technology service comprehensive information platform were put forward.
