| 智慧图书馆与智慧城市发展相辅而行。本文分析智慧城市中智慧图书馆的发展核心和新型价值，并借助物联网、云计算、人工智能等新技术，基于智慧城市技术层、平台层和应用层，搭建智慧图书馆的平台模型。该平台依托于智慧城市，实现智慧城市的服务内容与智慧图书馆的服务内容相对接，使得智慧图书馆的模型和服务功能更加完善，体现智慧图书馆助力智慧城市发展。 |

| Smart library development has already been presented in front of public in forms of a creative pattern, which is complementary to each other with smart city development. This paper analyzes the development core of smart library under smart city and the new value of smart library under smart city, and builds the platform model of smart library in smart city based on the technology layer, platform layer and application layer of smart city by virtue of internet of things technology, cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology and other new technologies. Relying on smart city, the platform realizes the connection between the service content of smart city and the service content of smart library, which makes the model and service function of smart library more perfect and reflects that smart library contributes to the development of smart city. |
