| 为适应新形势下外部环境的巨大变化和自身内部角色重新定位、服务转型的需要，国外高校图书馆均制定了较为完善的战略规划。本文对美国加州大学系统内10所学校战略规划文本进行解析，发现其主要内容涵盖愿景目标、人才培养、交流合作、学科服务、馆藏资源建设、馆员素养提升、评估反馈7个方面，体现出延续性、多样性、完整性、可操作性的特点。基于此，研究美国加州大学图书馆战略规划的优秀经验可以对我国高校图书馆战略规划的制定和各项服务的开展提供借鉴与启示。 |

| In order to adapt to the great changes in the external environment and the needs of internal role repositioning and service transformation under the new situation, foreign university libraries have formulated relatively complete strategic planning. In this paper, the ten schools at the university of California system strategic planning text parsing, found that the main content covers vision, the talent training, exchanges and cooperation, subject service, collection resources construction, improve librarians quality, from seven aspects, such as evaluation feedback reflects the characteristics of continuity, diversity, integrity, operability. Based on this, the study of the excellent experience of university of California library strategic planning can provide reference and inspiration for the formulation of university library strategic planning and the development of various services. |
