| 大数据环境下，社会与高校愈加重视数据素养对个体数据管理、数据操作、数据意识、数据伦理等方面的提升作用。国外数据素养教育起步早于国内，在面向高等教育的数据素养教育研究外，还将研究视角投向了数据理解能力、数据交流能力、数据意识和数据实践教育，注重拓宽教育渠道，可借鉴到国内相关教育实践中。 |

| In the context of big data, society and universities have paid more attention to the role of data literacy in improving individual data management, data operations, data awareness, and data ethics. Data literacy education in foreign countries started earlier than in China. In addition to data literacy education research for higher education, the research perspective has also been devoted to data understanding, data communication, data awareness, and data practice education, focusing on broadening educational channels, relevant education practice for domestic. |
