为了更好地拓展双向Buck/Boost电路的工程应用,对双向Buck/Boost进行了研究和探索。重点分析了双向Buck/Boost电路原理、构成及控制方法,深入研究了同步整流技术、碳化硅(silicon carbide,SiC)器件应用技术、交错并联技术及其相应的控制技术。用Matlab软件搭建了相应的双向Buck/Boost主电路及其控制电路进行了仿真研究。开发了实验样机系统进行实验验证。实验结果表明,本文所研究的同步整流可提高效率,交错并联可提高电路功率等级并减小纹波及重量体积。采用了多种新技术的双向Buck/Boost电路综合性能优越,在储能与新能源方面具有广泛应用前景。 |

In order to better enhance the engineering application of bidirectional Buck/Boost converters, the bidirectional Buck/Boost converter is studied and explored in detail. The principle, structure and control method of bidirectional Buck/Boost are researched, and synchronous rectification technology, silicon carbide (SiC) device application technology, interleaved parallel technology and corresponding control technology are deeply analyzed. The corresponding bidirectional Buck/Boost main circuit and its control circuit simulation model is built with Matlab software for simulation research and verification.The experimental results on the developed prototype show that synchronous rectification can improve the efficiency, interlace parallel can improve the power level of the circuit and reduce the ripple and weight volume. The designed multi-technology-integrated bidirectional Buck/Boost in this paper has excellent performance and wide application prospect in storage and new energy system. |
