| The paper mainly introduces the resourse and the techonogy of satellite remote-sensing in France and in Europe and the practice of disaster prevention and reduction, as well the other main organizations and progrommes for Earth Observations all over the world. With the stronge capacity in the space techonogy, France intergrates the satellite remote-sensing techonogy in the disaster management system. |
