| This article introduces firstly the active action and its causes of enterprise mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in Switzerland. Secondly it lists the details of optional enterprise types and related regulations. The last three parts respectively elaborate the recent successful M&A cases of Chinese corporation in Switzerland, the problems Chinese corporation should pay attention to in M&A according to two Swiss lawyers and suggestions to Chinese corporation’s M&A in Switzerland from the author. |
