| In the face of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, the Japanese government hopes to take innovative small and micro enterprises as the new economic growth engine, namely constructing folk self-conscious sustainable innovation ecological environment with folk as the main body, government as the support, thus enabling small and micro enterprises to play a positive role in leading innovation, boosting entrepreneurship and promoting integration of industry, university and research. In recent years, the rapid development of start-up enterprises in Japanese universities has become a concentrated embodiment of the vitality of innovative enterprises. |
