人工智能技术的新发展和新突破,为提高突发公共卫生事件应急管理水平创造了新机遇。本文梳理了突发公共卫生事件应急管理各环节需要解决的重点问题,分析了人工智能在传染病药物快速研发和病毒溯源、辅助临床特征识别、完成高危重复性工作、模拟复杂情景与综合决策等领域应用的作用机理和具体案例。综合美国、韩国近年来在相关领域的研发部署来看,人工智能在应对突发公共卫生事件中的应用总体仍处在起步阶段,技术仍有待进一步突破,体制机制和政策环境也有待完善。最后在技术研发、资源协调、数据共享、国际合作等方面得到几点启示。 |

New development and breakthrough of artificial intelligence have created new opportunities for improving the level of public health emergency management. This paper sorts out the key issues that need to be addressed in all aspects of public health emergency management, analyzes the working mechanism of AI in response to public health emergencies, displays the AI application in the rapid development of infectious disease drugs and virus tracing, clinical features identification, high-risk repetitive tasks, complex scenarios simulation and comprehensive decision-making. The research and development deployment of the United States and South Korea in related fields are also presented. As a whole, the AI application in responding to public health emergencies is still in its infancy, technology still needs to be further broken, and the system mechanism and policy environment need to be improved. Finally, the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions from the aspects of technology research and development, resource coordination, data sharing, and international cooperation. |
