绿色全要素生产率是衡量资源、环境、经济发展协调性的重要指标,对于深入贯彻新发展理念、评价中国经济发展质量具有重要的现实意义。根据1995—2016年我国绿色全要素生产率增长偏低的事实,分析我国提升绿色全要素生产率面临的挑战、存在的主要问题与障碍,提出以科技创新支撑引领绿色高质量发展的路径及措施建议。 |

As an important indicator to measure the coordination of resources, environment and economic development, green total factor productivity (GTFP) has important practical significance for the in-depth implementation of the new development concept and the evaluation of the quality of China’s economic development. Based on the fact that the growth of GTFP in China has been on the low side in 1995—2016, this paper analyzes the challenges, main problems and obstacles in promoting GTFP in China, and puts forward the path and measures to lead the green high-quality development with the support of scientific and technological innovation. |
