| 互联网、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术正在引领新一轮科技革命，数字化转型成为产业变革的主旋律。国内外领先的ICT企业呈现扩张生态版图、布局新硬件产业、深挖数据产品开发等创新转型趋势。以这些新趋势为代表的ICT与其他领域的融合杂交对政府治理提出新挑战，需要政府适应新变化，反思已有的治理方式，主动调整政策着力点。 |

| The new generation of information technologies such as the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and so on are leading a new round of scientific and technological revolution. Leading ICT companies at home and abroad are presenting innovative transformation trends such as expanding the ecological landscape, laying out new hardware industries, and digging deeper into data product development. The fusion of ICT and other fields represented by these new trends poses new challenges to government governance. The government needs to adapt to new changes, reflect on existing governance methods, and actively adjust policy focus. |
