      全球人口的快速增长对环境和资源提出了更高要求,依靠科技创新推动农业高质量发展显得尤为重要。2018年,美国科学院、美国工程院和美国医学院共同组建特别研究委员会,该委员会凝练出美国2030年前在农业和食品领域的3大发展目标:提高农业和食品生产系统的效率;提高农业生产的可持续性;增强农业生产适应极端环境的能力。委员会通过将3大目标进一步分解,形成9个小目标,并凝练出7个重点研究方向。本文对美国农业和食品领域未来的发展目标和重点研究方向进行介绍,同时提出对我国农业和食品领域未来研究和发展的启示,以期为我国在该领域的研究布局和科研工作提供借鉴。
英文摘要:
      The rapid growth of global population puts forward higher requirements for environment and resources, and it is particularly important to rely on scientific and technological innovations to promote the high-quality development in agriculture. In 2018, the American Academy of Sciences, the American Academy of Engineering and the American Academy of Medicine jointly established a special research committee. The Committee summarized three major development goals in the field of agriculture and food before 2030: improving the efficiency of agriculture and food production system; improving the sustainability of agricultural production; and enhancing the ability of agricultural production to adapt to extreme environments. Through further decomposition of the three objectives, nine distinct objectives are formed, and seven key research directions are summarized. This paper introduces the future development goals and key research directions of agriculture and food industry in the United States, and puts forward the enlightenment for the future research and development of agriculture and food in China, so as to provide reference for the research layout and research work in this field.
