      亚马逊和阿里巴巴作为全球电商巨头,近年来在核心零售业务的基础上,通过自主研发和企业并购对云计算、人工智能、物联网等新兴技术加大研发投入,不断扩展技术和市场布局。本文从研发投入、知识产权、企业并购、研发布局四个方面对亚马逊和阿里巴巴进行对比分析,找出二者之间的差距,最后提出优化我国互联网企业研发战略的参考建议。
英文摘要:
      As global e-commerce giants, Amazon and Alibaba have increased R&D investment in emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence and Internet of things. Both of their R&D modes are composed of the independent R&D and mergers and acquisitions. In recent years, Amazon and Alibaba expanded their technology and market layout on the basis of core retail business. This paper makes a comparative analysis of Amazon and Alibaba in R&D investment, intellectual property, M&A and R&D layout, to find out the gap between them and put forward some suggestions to optimize the R&D innovation mode of China’s Internet enterprises.
