| 近年来，全球产业链的结构正在发生变化，在当前逆全球化浪潮的冲击下，美国政府力图进一步降低对中国供应链的依赖，出台了限制中国产业竞争优势、促进美国技术发展的一系列相关举措。从中美相互依赖的角度来看，以高附加值的科技产品出口为代表，中国制造业附加值的增长率近年来保持较快稳定增长，并已经通过快速的工业升级成为了复杂全球价值链中一个新的中心，中国制造业的升级以及美国对中国的依赖加深改变了美国对中美间相互依赖关系的认识，中美之间产业竞争愈发激烈对美国先进制造业战略的形成产生重要影响。我国应加大核心科技的研发力度，通过国际国内双循环激发创新生态系统活力，向全球价值链上游移动突破。 |

| In recent years, the global industrial chain is undergoing structural changes. Under the impact of the current wave of anti-globalization, the US government is trying to reduce its dependence on China’s supply chain, and has introduced a series of measures to deal with China’s threat and promote the development of US technology. From the perspective of interdependence between China and the US, represented by exports of higher value-added products, the growth rate of added value of China’s manufacturing industry has maintained rapid and stable increase in recent years, China has become a new center in the complex global value chain through rapid industrial upgrading. The upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry and the deepening dependence of the US on China have changed the interdependence between the US and China. The increasingly fierce industrial competition between China and the US has an important impact on the formation of the advanced manufacturing strategy of the US. China should strengthen the development of core science and technology, stimulate the vitality of innovation ecosystem through international and domestic double circulations and move up the global value chain. |
