| 顶级科学家群体是美国维持世界科技领导地位的关键因素。为有效支持、激励顶级科学家投身科研工作，美国政府为顶级科学家提供有力的科研资助。本文以美国国立卫生研究院的资助体系和其对美国诺贝尔奖获奖者的资助情况为例，对美国政府资助顶级科学家的资助规则、资助方式、资助项目、资助金额等问题进行研究，并总结相关特点。 |

| The top-level scientists group is a key factor in maintaining the US’s scientific leadership in the world. In order to effectively support and motivate top-level scientists to engage in scientific research, the US government provides strong research funding for top scientists. Taking the funding system of the National Institutes of Health and its funding for Nobel Prize winners in the United States as examples, this paper studies the funding rules, funding methods, funding projects and funding amounts of the US government’s funding for top-level scientists, and summarizes relevant characteristics. |
