| This paper introduces and analyzes the impact of COVID-19 on Russia’s scientific research activities and international scientific and technological cooperation, especially the impact on the changes in the content, form and mode of Sino-Russian scientific and technological cooperation under the framework of the China-Russia Year of Scientific and Technological Innovation. It also gives some suggestions on the direction and trend of Sino-Russian scientific and technological cooperation in the post epidemic era and under the background of Sino-U.S. Technology War. |
