| Based on field investigations in Suzhou and Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, this paper focuses on the experience of promoting industry-university-research institute integration and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu province. It summarizes and condenses from the aspects of connecting innovation resources at home and abroad, unblocking the system and mechanism for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, cultivating the dominant position of enterprises in the market, and implementing the classification and evaluation of talents. It also analyzes the relevant appeals of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements learned from the investigation, and puts forward policy suggestions. |
