| 实现交通行业零碳减碳是欧盟绿色新政的重要组成部分。2019年以来，欧盟针对公路、水运、铁路、民航的技术和运营特点，围绕“减碳55”计划的减碳目标，以建设多式联运综合交通网络为核心，运用碳交易市场化机制，通过规划引领、创新拉动、立法推动、投入带动，积极促进交通领域减碳发展。相关经验和做法值得我国在加快交通领域绿色转型发展实践中学习和借鉴。 |

| Achieving low-carbon development in the transport sector is an important part of the EU Green Deal. Since 2019, according to the technical and operational characteristics of roads, shipping, railways and civil aviation, and focusing on the goal of Fit for 55 and the construction of an effective, EU-wide and multimodal transport network, the European Commission has reformed the market-oriented mechanism of carbon trading, and promoted the planning, legislation, innovation and investment in the transport sector. China can learn from the relevant experience and best practices of the EU in accelerating the green transformation and development of the transport sector. |
