      本文对美国等主要国家的量子人才政策进行了研究,发现这些国家的量子人才存在较大缺口。这些国家从增加基数和提高能力两方面入手,提出了人才可持续发展的主要措施,包括:早期教育和科普唤醒全社会的量子意识,良好量子教育生态打造人才蓄水池,研发基地或研发中心实现公私合作人才培养,人才引进与人才国际化推动思想流动。我国作为全球量子研究的重要力量,需要在早期教育、科普、教产融合等方面加强政策指导。
英文摘要:
      This paper conducted the research on the quantum talent policies of major countries such as the United States. The findings showed these countries were all facing a shortage of talent, so they put forward some major measures for the sustainable development of talent, from the aspects of the quantity and the abilities, including: Early education and public science outreach awake the “quantum awareness” of the society; A good quantum education ecology created a talent pool; R&D bases or R&D centers realized public-private cooperation for talent cultivation; International talent and talent internationalization promoted the flow of ideas. As an important force in global quantum research, China should strengthen policy guidance on early education, public science outreach and the integration of education and industry.
