| Horizon Europe, the ninth EU R&D framework plan, started in 2021, continuing the Horizon 2020
plan that ended in 2020. This paper systematically analyzes the decision-making and deployment, organizational
structure and organizational implementation mechanism of the Horizon Europe, in order to provide reference for
the organization and implementation of major scientific and technological plans in China. |
