| 融合研究是一种基于超学科交叉融合以应对重大社会经济挑战的科研新范式，受到世界主要
科技强国的普遍关注。建立与融合研究相适应的制度设计和管理模式，是有效推动融合研究发展的关
键问题。美国国家科学基金会进行开创性探索，创建了融合科研加速器。基于“战略定位- 科研管理-
科研绩效”分析框架，对美国融合科研加速器进行系统调研和分析，研究发现，美国融合科研加速器基
于明确的融合研究战略布局，加速促进融合研究成果转化；已在研究轨道、竞合机制、创新课程、成果
评价等方面建立起融合科研管理模式；科研投入和产出量质双升，可交付性成果和轨道整合成效已初
步显现。研究结果为促进我国融合研究发展、加快融合研究成果转化提供借鉴。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Convergence research is a new paradigm of scientific research based on interdisciplinary integration
to meet major social and economic challenges, and has received widespread attention from major scientific and
technological powers in the world. Establishing policies and operating mechanisms that are compatible with
convergence research is the key to effectively promote its development. The National Science Foundation of the
United States has made pioneering explorations in establishing mechanisms for convergence research by funding
the establishment of Convergence Accelerator. Based on the analysis framework of “strategic positioning - research
management - research performance”, a systematic investigation and analysis of Convergence Accelerator has been
conducted. The study has found that Convergence Accelerator, based on a clear convergence research strategy,
accelerates the transformation of applied basic research; management system and service mechanism for convergence
research have been established in terms of research track, competition and cooperation mechanism, innovative
courses, research evaluation etc. With scientific and effective configuration, the effect of deliverable research results
and track integration have initially appeared. The research results provide a reference for promoting the development
of convergence research in China. |
