| 当前国际竞争中知识产权竞争进入白热化，实施知识产权战略成为有效维护国际贸易的关键工具。基于美国知识产权战略在东盟国家推进的动机与成果，详细阐述了美国如何以技术援助、联合执法、平台建设及贸易协定等多种合作模式，推进自身知识产权的“国际化”，并在此基础上总结了美国与东盟开展知识产权合作的主要经验与启示，为中国提升知识产权国际话语权、维护当下知识产权贸易提供建议。 |

| As the competition of intellectual property intensifies in the international trade, the implemention of the intellectual property strategy is becoming an increasingly important weapon to safeguard the interests of a country in the international trade. Based on the motivation and achievements of “Intellectual Property Strategy” by the United States in ASEAN countries, this paper elaborates on how the United States managed to globalize its intellectual property system through technical assistance, joint law enforcement operations, platform construction and trade agreement. The paper also summarizes the experience of the United States in intellectual property cooperation with ASEAN countries and provides insights for China about exerting stronger influence of
intellectual property in international trade. |
