| In response to the challenges of Brexit and the COVID-19, the British government has accelerated
policy transformation to build the U.K. into a global innovation center. This paper analyzes the investment and expenditure of research funds in the U.K. after Brexit, the diversified structure of research funds, and the specific
measures taken for policy transformation, which provides inspiration and suggestions for China’s research funding investment. |
