| 未来产业是大国之间角力和竞争的焦点。美国不断加强量子信息科技、人工智能、先进制造、
下一代通信网络和生物技术等前沿科技和未来产业发展，不同产业间的主要共性举措主要有：强化政
策引导，系统研发布局；部门各司其职，相互协调推进；注重平台建设，产学研紧密融合；加强人才培养，
建设多层梯队；推动国际合作，提升产业韧性等，产生了较好效果。中国可从中吸取经验，通过统筹协调、
完善生态、搭建平台、培育人才和国际合作等方面持续推动未来产业发展壮大，加快培育和发展新质
生产力。 |

| Future industries are the focus of future competition among major powers. The United States continues
to strengthen the development of cutting-edge technologies and future industries such as quantum information
science and technology, artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, next-generation communication networks
and biotechnology. The main common measures among different industries are: strengthening policy guidance and
systematic research and development layout; each department performing its duties and coordinating with each other;
focusing on platform construction and close integration of industry, academia and research; strengthening talent training
and building a multi-level echelon; promoting international cooperation and enhancing industry resilience, etc., which
have produced good results. China can learn from these experiences and continue to promote the development and
growth of future industries through overall coordination, improving the ecology, building platforms, cultivating talents,
and international cooperation, and accelerate the cultivation and development of the new quality productivity. |
