学作为应对量子威胁的重要研究方向,近年来在全球范围内得到了广泛关注和深入研究。介绍了发展
后量子密码技术的必要性,系统梳理了欧盟及德国在后量子密码学领域的政策与项目资金支持,以及
德国在参与标准化进程及推动实际应用和部署方面的具体情况,以期为后量子密码的研究及标准化提
供参考,并促进国际间的技术交流与合作。 |

| With the rapid development of quantum computing technology, traditional public-key cryptographic
systems are facing unprecedented security challenges. Post-quantum cryptography(PQC), as a key research area
to counter quantum threats, has received widespread attention and been intensively studied worldwide in recent
years. This paper introduces the necessity of developing post-quantum cryptographic technologies, systematically
reviews the policies and project funding support from the European Union and Germany in the field of PQC,
and outlines Germany’s specific contributions to the standardization process, as well as its efforts in promoting
practical applications and deployment. Through this review, the aim is to provide reference for post-quantum
cryptography research and standardization, and to foster international technical exchange and cooperation. |
