      以人工智能驱动的科学研究(Artificial Intelligence for Science,AI4S)为代表的第五代科研 范式正在深刻重塑“有组织的基础研究”的组织逻辑。通过分析政府主导的组织策略与AI4S 技术的 演进特征,系统梳理了该范式在科研资源重构、科研工具转型以及组织模式演进等方面带来的变革机 遇,并识别出其实际应用过程中存在的组织配合、技术可行性、协同生态等方面问题。为应对AI4S 范式下“有组织的基础研究”面临的多重困境,可从革新科研组织模式、构建智能技术基座与优化研 究生态系统三个方面进行改革,有效增强基础研究的体系化能力与可持续创新活力。
英文摘要:
      The fifth paradigm of scientific research, represented by Artificial Intelligence for Science (AI4S), is profoundly reshaping the organizational logic of“organized basic research”. By analyzing the organizational strategies led by the government and the evolutionary characteristics of AI4S technologies, this paper systematically examines the transformative opportunities brought about by this paradigm in terms of restructuring scientific research resources, transforming research tools, and evolving organizational models. It also identifies the challenges encountered in practice, including organizational coordination, technological feasibility, and collaborative ecosystems. To address the multiple challenges facing“organized basic research” under the AI4S paradigm, reforms can be pursued in three key aspects: innovating research organization models, building intelligent technology infrastructure, and optimizing the overall research ecosystem. These measures aim to effectively enhance the systemic capabilities and sustained vitality for innovative of basic research.
