      基于全球近三十年专利数据,从时序演进、空间分布、创新主体与技术构成等维度对可控核聚变行业进行系统分析。研究发现全球可控核聚变行业处于成长期初期,尚未形成稳定竞争格局,但已显现向成长中期过渡的征兆。专利集中度的波动特征表明行业正面临新一轮技术变革。从竞争格局看,已形成中美日三足鼎立态势。中国起步较晚但后来居上,专利总量全球领先,市场规模超过日美总和,创新机构数量占比约42%。但存在明显短板:99%专利集中于本土,而美国企业垄断大部分高价值专利。技术路线呈现“热核聚变引领、多元技术协同”特征。研究热点集中于仿星器、包层、真空器等核心系统,非共振、高谐波等技术则是未来潜在方向。基于此,建议中国实施“质量跃升、出海护航、多元协同、国际竞合”战略,推动专利数量优势向产业核心竞争力转化。
英文摘要:
      Based on three decades of global patent data, This study conducts a systematic analysis of the controlled nuclear fusion industry from the dimensions of temporal evolution, geographical distribution, innovation entities, and technological composition. It reveals that the global controlled nuclear fusion industry is in its early growth stage, with no stable competitive landscape yet established, though showing signs of transitioning toward a mid-growth phase. Fluctuations in patent concentration indicate the industry is undergoing a new round of technological transformation. In the competitive landscape, a tripartite structure has formed among China, the United States, and Japan. China, despite its late start, has achieved rapid catch-up growth, leading globally in total patent volume. Its market size exceeds the combined total of Japan and the United States, with Chinese innovation entities accounting for approximately 42% of the global total. However, significant shortcomings remain: 99% of China’s patents are concentrated in the domestic market, while U.S. companies dominate the majority of high-value patents. The technological development follows a pattern of“thermonuclear fusion leadership with diversified technological coordination.” Research hotspots focus on core systems such as stellarators, blankets, and vacuum vessels, while non-resonant and high-harmonic technologies represent potential future directions.Based on these findings,this study recommends that China implement a strategy of “quality enhancement, global patent protection, diversified collaboration, and international competition-cooperation” to transform its quantitative patent advantage into industrial core competitiveness.
