| Based on the analyzed and researched information, the paper introduces and illustrates emphatically French government enforces the guarantee role of science and technology in harmonious development, the role of science and technology in coordinating social development and agriculture development, the role of science and technology awards in coordinating social harmonious development and the forceful grantee of science and technology basic research to support and coordinate social development, and puts forward eight aspects being worth learning and reference. |
