| 按企业成长阶段划分，风险企业可利用的直接金融风险资金筹措手段可分为个人投资者的投资、 创业版新兴股票市场上市筹资等。政府应该创造与完善各方面条件与环境，使风险企业能够方便地利用前述手段筹措其成长所需资金。日本创业风险投资仍处于模仿美欧、顽强生长的阶段。本文分析了日本创业环境、创业风险投资及政府相关扶持政策的现状与存在问题，为我国发展创业风险投资事业提供借鉴。 |

| The Methods of venture capital financing for venture capital firms can be divided into individual investors, venture capital investment and venture financing in emerging stock markets. This paper analyzes the business environment, venture capita and support policy in Japan, and gives some suggestions for China to improve venture capital. |
