| 2013年4月，德国联邦教研部（ BMBF）启动了“个体化医学行动计划”。依据该计划，2013—
2016年，BMBF将投入 3.6亿欧元，支持从个体化医学基础研究、临床前研究、临床研究到健康经济整个创新链的研发活动，促进企业和高校、科研机构建立新的伙伴关系。BMBF个体化医学行动计划重点研究方向是：系统医学研究，验证生物标志物，优化试验设计，加深产学研联盟，参与国际大协作，研究伦理、法律和社会问题。德国支持个体化医学研究，前瞻性地研讨潜在的社会伦理问题，不断完善相关的法律规章等做法，值得我们深入研究、关注和借鉴。 |

| The German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) has initiated the Action Plan for Individualized Medicine in April, 2013. According to this plan, BMBF invests about €360 million during 2013-2016 to support personalized medicine across the whole research and innovation chain ranging from basic research, preclinical research, and clinical research up to health economy through promoting partnership and networking among enterprises, universities and research institutions. The plan emphases on systematic medicine research, biological makers verification, experimental design and optimization, enhancing industry-universityresearch alliance, participating international cooperation and study on the ethical, legal and social issues. The
paper reviews the promotion activities of BMBF in the research field of personalized medicine, and outlines the objectives, focal points and possible international cooperation of the new action plan for individualized medicine. |
