| According to the president’s R&D budget for fiscal year 2017 which president Obama submitted in Feb. 2016, the paper analyzes the investment structure of the America’s fiscal year 2017 R&D budget, as well as the main department distribution and R&D plans. Based on summarized the major characteristics and the main fields of R&D investment in fiscal year 2017, it put forward some focus points and enlightenment. |
