研发、普及方式和取得的成效，以及《电动汽车普及蓝图》对未来发展路径的规划等方面，总结了美国发展新能源汽车，尤其是电动汽车的经验、方法和政策特点，对我国发展新能源汽车有一定启示作用。 |

| This paper briefly discusses the motivation of development of new energy vehicles in U.S. from aspects of the government’s incentive policies, plans and objectives, core technology research and development, popularization mode and its effects, EV Everywhere Grand Challenge Blueprint for the future development path planning respectively, summarizes the experience, methods and characteristics of policies of America’s new energy vehicles development, especially electric vehicles. It is a good reference for the development of Chinese new energy vehicles. |
