| 英国是较早研究和探索科技资源共享理念的国家之一，在科技资源共享方面积累了丰富的经验。英国研究理事会主要以研究项目或计划的形式支持大学和研究理事会内部研究机构的科学研究，其对科研项目的管理主要是通过统一、协调、高效的科研项目全过程管理平台联合电子申报系统（Je-S）来完成。适逢我国中央财政科技计划管理改革方案酝酿出台之际，本文拟对英国该体系的总体情况进行介绍，希望能对我国科研项目的统筹管理提供有益的启示和借鉴。 |

| The UK is one of the first countries that have studied and explored the idea of S&T resources sharing, having accumulated rich experience herein. Through its unified, coordinated and efficient management platform Joint Electronic Submission System (Je-S), RCUK provides grants for specific scientific research projects conducted at UK universities and RCUK institutes. In view of the fact that the reform of China S&T plan management under central finance is being brewed out, the paper gives an overview and analysis of this system, in the hope that it could provide beneficial enlightenment and reference for the overall management of China’s scientific research projects. |
