| 联合国气候变化大会召开后，日本政府在经济发展、产业、科技等各领域采取措施，加强对气候变化的应对，制定了最新的政策与指导意见。日本将在产业节能技术、可再生能源技术、能源管理系统、新能源汽车、温室气体吸收储存等方面加强技术研发，确保在科技应对气候变化领域的优势地位。本文对日本应对气候变化的制度与政策方向进行了研究，分析了近期制定的四项重点战略计划。 |

| After the United Nations Climate Change Conference, Japanese government has taken measures in fields of economic development, industry, science and technology to cope with climate change issues. Japanese government has developed new policies and guidance, which will strengthen technology R&D in industry energy saving technology, renewable energy technologies, energy management system, new energy vehicles, CO2 absorption storage, to ensure the advantage position in science and technology to address climate change. This paper gives research to the system and policy direction of Japan’s response to climate change, and analyzes the four key strategic plans which have been made recently. |
