| 加拿大“Co-op” 带薪实习计划是工学结合教育模式的典范，运行近60 年来为8 万多名青年学生提供了实习支持，在扶助青年学生就业创业以及创新发展方面取得了显著成功。本文重点研究了加拿大Co-op 教育模式的理念、举措和实践经验，提出了在我国施行“创新驱动发展”战略和大力培育“大众创业、万众创新”新引擎的环境下，创新我国高校人才培养机制、引入Co-op 体系的思考和建议。 |

| Canadian “Co-op Education Program” is a classic mode which combines education and employment. For the last 60 years, it has benefited more than 80 000 young students by supporting their practice in employment and entrepreneurship, and has achieved world-renowned success. By focusing on the research of Co-op education mode such as policy ideas, initiatives and practical experience, against the background of the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and vigorously creating new engines of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, this paper presents thoughts and suggestions on the system innovation for talent cultivation in China and introduction of the Co-op education mode. |
