| 风险投资家对于有经济价值潜力的技术具有天生的敏感性和高度的嗅觉，其投资方向能够反映技术的成熟程度和潜力。本文在梳理全球风险投资整体情况的基础上，对全球风险资本在各技术领域的投资进行了分析，之后研究了中国风险投资对技术领域的投资情况及问题，并提出了相应的政策建议。 |

| Venture capitalists(VC) have natural sensitivity and a high sense of smell for valuable technologies. VC investment can reflect the maturity and potential of technologies. After combing the overall situation of the global venture capital, this paper analyzes the investment of global VC in various technology fields. Then it studies the characteristics and problems of Chinese VC investment and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations. |
