| 中国香港特别行政区具备独特的优势，必将在粤港澳大湾区创新发展中发挥重要的作用。本文基于统计数据资料，从研发经费投入、专利产出和高技术产品贸易等方面定量分析香港特区科技创新活动总体特征及部门结构。研究发现，香港特区综合竞争力位居世界前列，高等教育机构科研水平高，是我国内地高技术产品进出口贸易的重要枢纽，但研发活动总体规模较小，产业创新能力薄弱。面向未来，香港特区需抓住国家粤港澳大湾区建设战略机遇，巩固自身优势，融入粤港澳大湾区协同创新体系，助推大湾区国际科技创新中心建设。 |

| The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China, with its unique advantages, will play an important role in the collaborative innovation and development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area (the China Greater Bay Area). Based on statistical data, this paper quantitatively analyzes the characteristics of science, technology and innovation activities in Hong Kong SAR from the aspects of R&D expenditure, patent output and high-tech product trade. It's found that the Hong Kong SAR's comprehensive competitiveness is among the highest in the world, and it is an important hub for the import and export of high-tech products in China. The higher education institutions have strong scientific research capabilities, but the overall scale of R&D activities is small, and the industrial innovation capability is relatively weak. In the future, the Hong Kong SAR should seize the strategic opportunity of the China Greater Bay Area construction, and integrate into the collaborative innovation system to promote the International Science and Technology Innovation Center construction of the China Greater Bay Area. |
