| 本文着重梳理了我国国际科技合作在当前的基本态势，指出了我国在国际科技合作对象方面存在的突出问题，提出“一带一路”倡议不仅可为我国在经贸合作领域开拓新舞台，也可为国际科技合作带来新机遇和舞台。进一步梳理了当前我国与沿线国家科技合作的主要方式和存在的不足，给出了未来我国与沿线国家在国际科技创新方面合作的新思路。 |

| This paper focuses on the current basic situation of China's international scientific and technological cooperation, points out the serious problems that are still existing in China's international scientific and technological cooperation, and proposes that "the Belt and Road" initiative can not only open up a new stage for China's economic and trade cooperation, but also bring new opportunities and stage to the scientific and technological cooperation. The paper also sorts out the main methods and existing deficiencies of China's current scientific and technological cooperation with countries along the route, and gives a new idea for the future cooperation between China and the countries along the route in international science and technology innovation. |
