| Russia's "Sovereign Internet Act" has drawn international attention for its advocacy of an independent Internet system.In order to fully understand and grasp the thinking and implementing path of the construction of the independent Internet system, on the basis of a large number of relevantly collected and sorted materials, combined with years of accumulation, the paper comprehensively introduces the legislation background, as well as the related content, and then carry on the forecast analysis to its future implementation prospect, so as to provide reference for the relevant departments of China to carry out network construction. |
