| 美国总统特朗普和前总统奥巴马由于执政理念和所处的国内外形势不同，其科技政策取向也有很大不同。本文对比了特朗普上任以来发布的科技政策与奥巴马时期的科技政策，分析了两者的异同点，并预判了特朗普政府的对华科技政策，最后提出了对我国的建议。 |

| US president Trump and ex-president Obama have different priorities for their science and technology policies because they have different ruling ideas, and their domestic and international situations in which they were in power have undergone tremendous changes. This paper compares the science and technology policies issued in the Trump era since he took office with the science and technology policy issued in the Obama era. Based on that, this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between Trump and Obama’s science and technology polices and predicts Trump’s science and technology policy toward China. Finally, some suggestions for China are put forward. |
