| European science and technology intermediary organizations play an active role in making policy of the R&D framework programme, collecting stake-holders’ opinion, putting forward project proposals, and implementing the project. ERTICO-ITS Europe is one of the influential science and technology intermediary organizations,which supports the designing of guidelines in the area of intelligent transportation under the framework of “Horizon 2020” , also has undertaken some research projects as the coordinator or participants. Its market-based business model can be of some help for us to cultivate science and technology intermediary organizations. |
